Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she began practicing law there in 2015 before continuing her legal education and career in the United States. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped a practice focused on helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported.
Meet Attorney Hiance Madhgrick Castro Guerrero
Hiance Madhgrick Castro Guerrero is the founder and attorney of Madhgrick Law, P.C. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Her legal career includes experience in family law and immigration matters. Before founding Madhgrick Law, P.C., she worked as an associate attorney and previously gained experience as an immigration paralegal and law graduate paralegal. She also served as a legal intern with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
Hiance earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022. She also earned an LL.M. from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is also a certified Spanish/English legal interpreter.
